Art Assoc. to feature mosaic techniques

FALLBROOK - The next general meeting of the Fallbrook Art Association will be held on Monday, October 10 at 6:45 p.m. at the Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 E. Mission Rd. Dr. Tim Lueker will be the guest artist and will be demonstrating mosaic technique.
