Please be considerate when others are in need

On Sept. 23 around 9:30 p.m., a friend and I were driving home from the Bonsall movie theater when we saw a dead dog lying in the middle of South Mission Road near REINS. We turned around to see if it had any identification and to see if we might move it from being hit further.

Others pulled over to help and we discovered another dog, also dead, across the road from the first. At one point, there were four cars and multiple people in the road with flashlights and emergency flashers.
