Salem witch trials to be topic

FALLBROOK – The Monserate Chapter DAR will meet at the Vista Valley County Club, 29354 Vista Valley Drive, in Vista on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 11:30 a.m. The speaker will be Beverly Nickerson who will talk about the Salem Witch Trials of 1692. Guests are welcome.

The luncheon is $20 per person payable in advance. The Daughters of the American Revolution is open to women 18 and older who can prove lineal descent from a patriot who fought or gave aid to the cause during the Revolutionary War. Help is available.
