Undersecretary to make opening remarks at conference addressing learning experience for college students with disabilities

RIVERSIDE - U.S. Undersecretary of Education Martha Kanter is slated to make opening remarks today at a Riverside conference on ways to improve the learning experience for college students with mental and physical disabilities.

The three-day California Association of Post-Secondary Education & Disability Conference will begin this afternoon at the Riverside Marriott Hotel.
