Adjust irrigation controllers this fall to reduce water waste

SAN DIEGO COUNTY – With cooler, shorter fall days, the San Diego County Water Authority is reminding homeowners, gardeners, landscape contractors and facility managers to adjust their irrigation controllers to reduce water waste.
