Diabetes Support Group meets in October

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Diabetes Support Group, sponsored by Fallbrook Hospital, will hold its October meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Regency Retirement and Assisted Living at 609 East Elder Street. Alvaro Berrios, FNP, MSN from Fallbrook Medical Center, will speak on “Getting the Most Out of Your Health Provider Appointments.”

Knowing the recommendations regarding various tests, procedures and exams will help the person with diabetes ensure the best care possible is being provided. How often to see one’s health provider will also be discussed.
