Horn provides $4,700 for library flagpole

After Fallbrook residents expressed concern that the new Fallbrook branch library did not have a flagpole, the citizens of Fallbrook began raising money to install a flagpole outside the library. County Supervisor Bill Horn and his colleagues are taking steps to ensure that the omission of a flagpole does not happen in the future.
