Jenkins to speak on release of criminals

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Citizens’ Crime Prevention Committee will hold its public crime prevention meeting on Nov. 2 at the Fallbrook Library’s community room from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

The guest speaker will be Mack Jenkins, Chief Probation Officer of the San Diego County Probation Department. He will be addressing the impact on public safety of local citizens with 4,000 criminals now being released each year from state prisons.
