Help needed for holiday event

I am helping with a Christmas event for military families whose husbands and fathers just left last week for Afghanistan. The date for the event is Dec. 15; it will start at 4 p.m. so we will get on base around 3 p.m. to set up. I need volunteers for this to cook, serve, and help Santa.
