John E. Gettle Jr.

John E. Gettle Jr., 58, of Fallbrook, passed away on Oct. 21, 2011. He was born Feb. 10, 1953 in Tampa, Fla.

John served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years and retired on Sept. 30, 2011 from Federal Civil Service after 41 total years of government service.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Barbara A. Gettle; son Jason; and granddaughters Vanessa and Jessica.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011 at Berry-Bell and Hall Fallbrook Mortuary....
