The Coasters and Four Tops Revue to rekindle memories in Fallbrook concert

FALLBROOK – Doyle Cole brings his Four Tops and the Coasters Revue to Fallbrook’s Mission Theatre Stage on Sunday, Nov. 6 for a 3:30 p.m. matinee as part of the theatre’s on-going Americana Music Series.

Although not the original members of the groups (Abdul Fakir is the only living member), the present day performers travel across the world packing venues with the same music that spans five decades and crosses many genres from jazz to country.

According to Americana booking director Dave Aranda-Richards, “this concert will take you back to the fifties and sixties with such classics as ‘I can’t Help Myself (sugar pie honey bunch),’ ‘Baby I Need Your Lovin,’ ‘Yakety Yak,’ ‘Charlie Brown,’ ‘Searchin,’ and many other memory jogging favorites.”

All seats are $20 and can be reserved in advance at the theatre box office, 224 N. Main Ave., (760) 731-2278. Online purchases at http://www.missiontheatre.com are charged a $1.50 surcharge.
