The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a wind advisory until 11 am this morning for the Inland Empire, San Bernardino County mountains, the Santa Ana mountains and eastern Orange County.
Offshore flow will produce local winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts
reaching 45 mph this morning. The offshore flow and local winds will
decrease rapidly by midday....wind advisory in effect until 11 am pdt this morning...
* visibility: isolated areas of reduced visibility in blowing dust.
* impacts: gusty winds will make travel hazardous in isolated locations, especially for high profile vehicles. Watch for broken tree limbs and downed power lines.
