Gold Winemaker's Dinner offered Nov. 12

TEMECULA – A gourmet five-course feast, prepared by Hollywood culinary guru Hoss Zargaran, will be featured at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa’s Gold Winemaker’s Dinner on Saturday evening, Nov. 12. Zargaran has created sumptuous meals for world leaders including Prince Phillip, Pope John Paul II, the Dalai Lama, and many more as well as for events such as Hollywood’s Golden Globes, Emmy Awards, and Grammy Awards.

Guests attending this memorable evening will celebrate the opening of South Coast Winery’s Carter Reserve Room, dedicated to food and wine lovers. They can tour the extensive private wine bottle collection in the intimate room decorated in cherry wood and featuring a marble bar and LED TV screens. The Carter Reserve Room will offer an elite library of wines and a concierge who will explain the perfect blending of food and wine.

Gold Winemaker’s Dinner guests will savor the debut of two new wines from the Carter Estates’ private reserve grown in Temecula valley vineyards. They will also be able to bid on exciting items at a live auction benefiting 13 Donuts Children’s Charities; dedicated to helping kids with life threatening illnesses.

Seating is limited and reservations are required. Cocktail reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Tickets are $100 per person and $489 per couple for a package that includes the dinner event and an overnight villa stay at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa.
