James Robison third in heat, sixth in main

James Robison followed a third-place heat race finish Oct. 15 at Barona Speedway with a sixth-place finish in that night’s main event.

“It was awesome. It was probably the hardest race I’ve ever driven, but I’m so completely excited about the outcome,” Robison said.

The finishes were the highest ever for Robison in a heat race and in a main event. “We needed that really badly,” he said. “It was awesome to have something positive at the end of the year.”
