Fallbrook's Writers Read to give literary salute to veterans

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook’s Writers Read is pleased to present a Literary Salute to Veterans at its Nov. 9 reading, 6 p.m. at the Café des Artistes. The reading will feature San Diego-based writers Sue Diaz and retired Navy Quaker Chaplin Cmdr. Sheri Snively.

Diaz, an award-winning journalist, will read from “Minefields of the Heart: A Mother’s Stories of a Son

at War.”
