I am a strong environmental civil and chemical engineer. Thomas Evans uses creative accounting to falsify the increase of carbon dioxide on mother earth’s surface. His terminology of ppm means parts per million and one ppm is equal to one dollar in a million dollars.

There is no evidence that, in prehistoric times, anyone living on mother earth’s surface could accurately measure the concentration of carbon dioxide or nitrous oxide in air.
