Lieutenant Kevin Vest promoted to Captain

SAN JACINTO – Sheriff Stan Sniff promoted Lieutenant Kevin Vest to the rank of Captain on Nov. 1.

Captain Vest will serve as the commander for the Palm Desert Sheriff’s Station. Captain Vest will replace Captain Daniel Wilham, who was recently transferred to oversee the Court Services East Division. Captain Vest will begin his new duties officially on Nov. 3.
