Seniors can learn more about Medicare insurance

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Hospital Chapter of the Senior Circle will be hosting a talk on Tuesday, November 15 at 2 p.m. entitled “Understanding Medicare: 2012 Updates” with Karen Hemingway, counselor and community education presenter from the Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP).
