Free screening of 'Forks Over Knives'

FALLBROOK – A free film screening/community health event will be presented Saturday, Nov. 19 at 6 p.m. featuring the movie ‘Forks Over Knives.’

The film examines how degenerative diseases that afflict the public today can be prevented, or even reversed by adopting a whole food, plant-based diet. Ways to avoid or improve diseases including various forms of cancer, diabetes and heart ailments will be discussed.
