Thank You to Healthy Woman Program

A big thank you to Fallbrook Hospital’s Healthy Woman program and all its partners for providing a monthly “Ladies Night Out” for all the women in Fallbrook! It is always very educational with their speakers on various topics. A big thank you to Monique Murphy-Mijares at Fallbrook Hospital for all you do to make these events possible! I have been a member for over three years and have watched the program blossom and grow, getting more new members every month.

At a recent monthly event, I was the lucky winner of a raffle prize, a brunch for 10 ladies from The Pampered Chef, one of the Healthy Woman’s partners. Rose Brown-Salek made a fabulous meal for us, as well as giving us some cooking tips. She also showed us how to make a terrific dessert. Pampered Chef has very wonderful, practical items to be used in the kitchen. Thank you, Rose, for a fantastic brunch!
