We recommend La Caseta catering

PEO Chapter WM would like to thank La Caseta Restaurant’s Delos Eyer, owner and Laura Vandivort, catering manager, for their excellent assistance in planning, preparing, and serving a delightful tri-tip and chicken dinner for our recent Western theme fundraiser.

Laura helped our committee select the menu, staying within our budget and provided flexibility, for the final meal count.

On the day of the event they quickly set up and prepared the meal on site adding to the ambiance of the event. When finished, they quietly cleared and almost mysteriously vanished, leaving only satisfied diners.
