Registration opens for women's soccer league

Fallbrook – A women’s soccer team is accepting registrants for its new season, which begins Dec. 4.

“We are just finishing up our second season and getting ready to play our final games on Nov. 6,” said Eren Melendez, who, with friend Juanita Lopez, began the league. “We are interested in letting the community know about our league and making an invitation to women interested in playing. We want our league to grow.”
