Library roof is dead

I hate to be the first to mention it… but has anyone noticed the roof of the new $11 million Fallbrook Library? It died!

Apparently this is someone’s “green” brainchild that just didn’t make it into the sustainable stage and is now all dirt and dead brown plants.

It is a very unattractive sight as one drives along Mission Rd. We have this, in the Avocado Capitol of the World, where fruits and flowers grow in abundance?

Also, wouldn’t stairs have been nice going from the upper parking area down to the lower parking area, particularly for people with infirmities?

Keep trying County of San Diego. You’ll get it right one of these years.
