Many thanks to local merchants

The Fallbrook Alumni Association would like to extend a most sincere and grateful “thank you” to many of our local merchants. The success of our annual picnic at Live Oak Park on October 16 was due, in large part, to the generosity of the businesses in Fallbrook and the surrounding communities. The fundraisers (both a silent auction and an opportunity drawing for gifts) were made possible and successful because of the items they so kindly gave. We truly appreciate their support for “our kids.”

We are unable to list all of those merchants who so graciously donated, but a complete list can be found on our website, http://www.fallbrookalumniassociation.org. In addition, the Class of 1971 gave a wonderful monetary gift to the Fallbrook Alumni Association. They chose to donate nearly four hundred dollars leftover from their class reunion to our scholarship fund and we are most appreciative. Thank you very much. What a great way for former students to “give back” to their alma mater!
