Four More Sentenced in 'Convoluted' Election Fraud Scheme

RIVERSIDE - Two former San Jacinto city councilmen and two other men who engaged in a years-long scheme to skirt campaign finance laws and illegally contribute funds to political campaigns were sentenced today to jail terms ranging from three to four months, as well as probation.
