Free senior seminar on chasing the holiday blues away

FALLBROOK - The Foundation for Senior Care will host its next free Senior Concerns Seminar on Tues., Dec. 13, from 1 to 3 p.m. at First Citizens Bank, community room, 1139 S. Mission Rd. in Fallbrook.

The topic of the seminar is “Chase Those Holiday Blues Away,” with guest speaker Dr. Peter Strutz, a local internal medicine specialist and general practice physician who will talk about how to alleviate the blues from the holiday season. Speakers from Fallbrook Home Health & Hospice will also provide information.
