Defending CIF Champ Elsinore Eliminated

ELSINORE - It was supposed to be a match-up of two power running teams: a 9-2 team with a 1200-yd rusher and an 8-3 team with two 1000-yd rushers. Adarius Hogan of Serrano amassed 192 yards and two touchdowns in just three quarters of play while Elsinore’s Allen Stubbs and Daniel Rodriguez combined for only 126 yards and one touchdown on the night in Elsinore’s 7-35 second-round playoff loss. Serrano goes on to face Summit who beat Silverado 42-10. This will be a re-match of last year’s semi-final match which Summit won 35-26.
