Raffle prize becomes the Giving Tree

FALLBROOK – Angelique Bausch, vice president of First Citizens Bank in Fallbrook, won the raffle for a tree decorated by Joanie Hatfield of the Angel Society for the Chamber of Commerce Sundowner meeting held in November at the Angel Shop.
