San Diego pianist to perform Dec. 11 at Fallbrook Library

FALLBROOK - Fallbrook Library cordially invites the public to the recital of San Diego pianist Vania Pimentel on Sunday, Dec. 11, at 2 p.m. in the Community Room, 124 S. Mission Rd. The program is centered on “Dances” and it will be as festive as the holiday season.

The audience will enjoy swinging from a short Scarlatti sonata with a Spanish dance flavor, through a cannot-be-missed Chopin waltz followed by an unforgettable waltz by Liszt, then Granados’ El Pelele, a true Spanish dance, to the core of the program: Brazilian dances by varied Brazilian composers of the twentieth century.
