Crews Make Emergency Repairs on Interstate 15 in Temecula

TEMECULA - One lane of northbound Interstate 15 in Temecula was shut down this afternoon and was expected to remain closed throughout the night to allow crews to make emergency repairs, according to Caltrans.

Damage was reported in the slow lane of the freeway at Temecula Creek Bridge, necessitating a closure, Caltrans spokeswoman Shelli Lombardo said.

She did not disclose the nature of the damage.
