Community shows it has a heart of gold

Approximately 150 people turned out for the Thanksgiving Walk/Run to Feed the Hungry on Saturday, Nov. 19. There were groups from Fallbrook High School, girls and moms from the National Charity League, students from Zion Lutheran Church School as well as many other individuals from various churches and other organizations.

The largest group was a group of employees from Sabra, a company that makes salsa and other dips, located in Vista. This company was also one of the 10 major sponsors of the event. We thank them, as well as the other nine sponsors for their generous contributions to the Fall...
