Arthur E. "Art" Atkins

Arthur E. “Art” Atkins, 70, a long-time resident of Fallbrook, died from complications of heart failure on November 29, 2011.

He was born on May 16, 1941 and operated his respected local business, The Plumber, in Fallbrook since 1983. Art loved animals, and volunteered at Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary, and he was an original member of North County Networking. Art also enjoyed playing conga drums in the Fallbrook Drum Circle, spending time with his family and telling jokes.
