Free holiday concert includes carols at the library

FALLBROOK – The Friends of the Fallbrook Library invite everyone to enjoy an evening of Christmas carolers on Thursday, Dec. 15 at 7 p.m. As part of their ongoing Music Series, which is presented without charge, the Full Measure Carolers dressed in traditional Charles Dickens style will be performing favorite holiday songs in four-part harmony.
