William "Bill" Clark Rowe

William “Bill” Clark Rowe, CPA, 71, passed away in Fallbrook, Calif. on Nov. 2, 2011 following a battle with cancer. Bill was born in Plymouth, Indiana on Sept. 14, 1940. He was the son of Beuford Rowe and Olive (Young) Rowe and grew up on the family farm near Bremen, Indiana. Bill attended St. Paul’s Lutheran Grade School and was a 1958 graduate of Bremen High School. On Aug. 6, 1960, Bill was married to Gloria Fowler of Huntingburg, Indiana; she survives.
