Learn which trees grow well locally

RAINBOW – Rainbow Valley Grange is holding two free symposiums on trees on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Grange member Ray Osterberg, a certified arborist and master gardener, will talk about “Training your Trees” at 10 a.m. and Gary Bender, Ph.D., farm advisor-subtropical horticulture, will speak about “Subtropical Fruit Crops in the Fallbrook Area” at noon.
