Business district planner speaks to Fallbrook council

Marco LiMandri, president of New City America, Inc., spoke to members of the Fallbrook Revitalization Council at Fallbrook Public Utility District Nov. 17 and related his opinion of what should be considered in order to build a more viable business district in town.
