FALLBROOK – The Monserate Chapter of The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) was pleased to host Eric Blehm, the author of The Only Thing Worth Dying For, as their guest speaker Nov. 17. Members and guests were riveted by Blehm’s account of the harrowing true story of 11 Green Berets who fought alongside the future leader of Afghanistan to topple the Taliban and bring hope to a nation during the first campaign of the War on Terror.
