FALLBROOK – As more than 40 runners and walkers lined up to take part in Fallbrook Village Fitness’ annual 5K “Turkey Trot” Thanksgiving morning, they pitched in donations totaling $336 to the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary.
“We’re so grateful to people like Erica Williams who take it upon themselves to raise money for the animals in our care,” said Janet LuCore. “We appreciate every penny the turkey trotters pitched in, and we need it now more than ever to help pay for the renovations currently being made to our new downtown home,”
