EDCO encourages residents to reduce, reuse, and recycle during the holidays

FALLBROOK - EDCO (Fallbrook Refuse) would like to remind residents to recycle this holiday season. Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day Americans can produce an extra one million tons of trash per week as compared to any other time during the year. Here are a few tips that can help reduce holiday waste:

Buy products made from recycled materials

Look for gift wrap, greeting cards and other items that are made from post-consumer recyclables.
