Fallbrook Medical Center offers B-12 shots as thank you for Toys for Tots donations.

FALLBROOK – The Christmas spirit is alive and well at Fallbrook Medical Center. Al Berrios, MSN, FNP and his staff are collecting new, unwrapped toys throughout the month of December for the Toys for Tots program. The toys will then be distributed to the children of less fortunate families in Fallbrook for Christmas.

Although toys are accepted through Dec. 21, Berrios is giving a free B-12 shot on Monday, Dec. 19, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. to anyone bringing in a toy to Fallbrook Medical Center. B-12 injections are known to help with fatigue, stress, memory, and weight control.
