Rod Robison sixth in Turkey Classic

Rod Robison finished sixth in the Turkey Classic main event November 27 at Route 66 Raceway in Victorville.

“We had a good time racing,” Robison said. “I appreciate James and Dave letting me drive.”

Dave Londrow owns the 1974 Ford Pinto which ended its stock car racing career at the Turkey Classic. Robison’s son, James, drove the Pinto for most of the Barona Speedway season, although Rod Robison drove it twice in Barona Speedway races this year.
