Navy Seals help Fallbrook ruggers train

The Fallbrook Rugby Club boys high school team had some guests during a November 29 training session at Ingold Fields, specifically the Navy Seals.

The Seals led the rugby players in a three-hour workout.

“It was very intense,” said Fallbrook coach Mike Majewski. “It was all about paying attention to detail and working as a team and pushing your body beyond what was expected.”

Majewski utilized a Navy Seals training program which gives young men and teenage boys a look at the Seals’ activity.
