Victor L. Kovner

Victor L. Kovner, MD, FACP of Bonsall, Calif., passed away on December 12, 2011, surrounded by family, friends, and colleagues after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage at Palomar Pomerado Hospital. He was 76 years old and practiced medicine for 49 years.

Dr. Kovner lived a full life. Aside from being regarded as a highly respected diagnostician, medical expert and a leader in hospice care, Dr. Kovner was known as an exceptionally compassionate man, with an infectious sense of humor, and a never-ending desire to learn. He was also a life-long cowboy and animal lover.
