Healthy Me program is free

As a member of the Healthy Woman program in Fallbrook, I want to encourage those of you that have not attended one of their monthly speaker nights to come check this out! I have been a member for two years now.

This year we have a new pilot program called “Healthy Me.” This is a great way of committing to your own health goals and measuring your progress. The program is free and all you have to do is register online through the Fallbrook Hospital website. Let’s all get healthier together in 2012!
