Woman Suspected in Identity Theft Scheme Arrested

PERRIS - A 19-year-old woman suspected of carrying out an identity theft scam in Perris and Riverside was behind bars today.

Chelsea Brianna Tucker was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of check fraud, burglary, receiving stolen property and ID theft. She's being held in lieu of $20,000 bail at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning.

Tucker's friend, Eric Ryan Munk, 36, was also arrested for alleged parole violations and is being held without bail at the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta.
