Vista High School easily won the Avocado East League girls cross-country meet Nov. 12 at Kit Carson Park while Fallbrook won the battle for second place.
“I’m really happy with that,” said Fallbrook head coach Troy Hamlin. “We had wanted to win a league title, but Vista was just better than us.”
