Laurie (Sheard) Rapp-Miller

After an 11-month fight with lung cancer, Laurie (Sheard) Rapp-Miller passed away on Friday, Dec. 30, 2011. Born July 28, 1956, Laurie graduated from Fallbrook High School, received her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Redlands and her Master’s degree from San Diego State University. She taught for both the San Marcos Unified School District and the Encinitas Union School District as an adaptive physical education teacher.
