A Bonsall author used more than mere words to recently captivate a Temecula middle school audience.
Walter Rouzer, a graphic artist who has penned a tween-oriented book, punctuated his presentation with animation, puns and a peek into newspaper production. The enthusiastic response has prompted Rouzer to seek venues within other schools or youth groups.
“It was really amazing,” said Bridget McDermott, who helps teach a combined seventh- and eighth-grade class at Margarita Middle School. “It was really neat.”
