FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Garden Club will start the year off with a meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 12:30 p.m. at the Fallbrook Community Center, 341 Heald Lane. The special guests for this meeting are the club’s panel of experts, Linda Nickerson, Chuck and Mary Jo Bacik, Dave and Margaret Ashton, and Cecilia Taylor.
