Volunteers needed for Relay for Life

FALLBROOK – The American Cancer Society is looking for volunteers to help plan this year’s Relay for Life event in Fallbrook, which will take place June 9 and 10.

A planning meeting will be held Jan. 24 at 6 p.m. at the Fallbrook Presbyterian Church (gym), 463 S. Stage Coach Lane.

Volunteers can help make this overnight event very successful in raising money for cancer research, programs, and awareness. The local event will be held at Fallbrook Union High School, as well as in more than 4,800 other U.S. communities and 19 countries abroad.
